Recreation Park

As a PSR property owner, you have the right to use the recreation area and dock, as well as the boat ramp. If you have any questions about receiving a key, use of the park and or boat ramp, please email: [email protected]

The following rules are in place to assure the enjoyment and safety of all owners.

• Gate is to be kept locked at all times, including post-launch of your vessel.
• Keep our neighborhood clean/welcoming, please use the trash receptacle provided. Receptacle is not for household trash use.
• Radios/music should be played in a manner that doesn’t disturb others.
• Please be considerate of others and respect the rights of everyone in this shared area.
• No owner may reserve for private use.
• No restroom facilities are available.
• DO NOT drive or park near the bulkhead.
